What becomes a lead

When people respond to your lead magnet (not Network boost comments), Turnward can score each person against your ideal customer profile and route fits into Hot Leads.

What never becomes a lead

Boost Network engagement is excluded from lead capture before any boost action runs. Boost likes, keyword comments, and reposts do not pollute your pipeline as fake leads.

Why this matters

Opening-window engagement helps the post get attention. ICP scoring makes the attention useful by focusing follow-up on people who fit the customer you want, not on comment volume from the Network.
